How to Find Your Right Side Up
in an Upside Down World
What makes you happy?
What brings you joy on a daily basis?
What lights up your creative soul?
These are all important questions many of us are asking ourselves after our lives have been turned upside down for a year and a half with the Covid-19 pandemic.
The world is experiencing a very difficult time of change. The key to attracting joy and abundance in your life, no matter what is going on in the outside world, is to follow your joy, your happiness. Be in your God-self. It is when we are in our God-self that we create abundance for ourselves and others.
All beings alive at this time were chosen to be here because of their unique individual gifts. No one else has the knowledge and experience that you do to bring this information to the Earth at this time. Do not be afraid. You’ve got this!
Mary Catherine Volk will share her NDE and how it changed her life. It gave her the gift of being fearless and taught her the importance of a positive attitude during an illness. It showed her that our subconscious mind receives support and guidance from the Spirit Realm even if our conscious mind is not aware of it. “You are a spiritual being having a human experience, not a human having a spiritual experience.”
She is a best-selling author, business entrepreneur, spiritual advisor, and speaker. She serves as an “Ambassador between the Worlds” as she relays messages of healing and love from those in Spirit to their loved ones here on the Earth.
Since a Near Death Experience at age six, she was given the gift of knowing that life exists beyond this physical realm and to not be afraid. Mary’s Near-Death Experience led her on a lifelong journey in search of confirmation of the truth that she already knew in her heart, that life is eternal and we always have access to Divine Guidance. It is readily available; we just need to ask for assistance.
Mary has thirty years of experience as a shamanic practitioner, space clearing, dowsing, Reiki, and Feng Shui practitioner. She founded a specialized modality for releasing emotional blockages from the present, past lives, and ancestor’s emotional trauma. She has studied with internationally known shaman Don Oscar Miro-Quesada and spiritual medium James Van Praagh. She conducts workshops and has been the guest speaker at holistic expos, IANDS Conferences, and radio and television shows.
Mary Catherine Volk is the author of two books,

As a child, Dr. Anoop Kumar was exposed to advaita vedanta, eventually undergoing a shift in perception that he now describes as the Three Minds framework. Today, Anoop leads others to rethink consciousness, unveiling a greater experience of life. “My goal,” he explains, “is to bring the wonder, beauty, design and breadth of this reality right into the palm of your hand.”
Anoop Kumar, MD – An ER physician integrates two cultures to make sense of experiences not well understood by science.
Wednesday, March 10 at 7:00 pm CST (5 PST, 6 MST, 8 EST)
Sponsored by Dallas/Ft Worth Friends of IANDS,

You’ve heard the buzzwords: consciousness, self, reincarnation, entanglement, quantum physics, mind-body, alternate dimensions, and so on. If you’re curious, you likely suspect that there is some degree of reality and some cogent story that may tie all this together with your direct experience.
I felt the same way. I’ve been exploring the relationship between consciousness and world in some way since I was a kid, yet I could never find a complete story or framework that touched on all aspects of my experience, whether philosophical, scientific, mystical, or otherwise.
So I created one. In this session, I’ll talk a little about my own experience and then turn the focus to a trans-disciplinary framework by which we can make sense of experiences not well understood by science. My goal is to bring the wonder, beauty, design, and breadth of this reality right into the palm of your hand.
Anoop Kumar, MD, MMgt
Enjoys exploring and communicating about the intersection of consciousness and everything else. He is an emergency physician, public speaker, author of Michelangelo’s Medicine and Is This a Dream?, and a columnist for Emergency Medicine News.
Anoop spent time in India and the United States as a child, and grew to appreciate the differences between these cultures. He inadvertently began developing a framework for these differences when his parents exposed him to avaita vendanta*, which soon became his playground. Against this backdrop, school seemed to be lacking something critical – in depth knowledge of the nature of being human. While in medical school, a shift occurred in how Anoop perceives self and world, a transition that he has codified in the Three Minds framework, a new framework describing how reality appears through different configurations of the mind. He has spent the last several years encouraging audiences to rethink consciousness through this framework and unveil a more fulfilling experience of life that also informs solutions to real-world problems.
Using the philosophy of non-duality as a framework, Anoop Kumar takes you on an exploration of identity, the core factor that is at the heart of not only spirituality, but also science, philosophy, religion, and every other facet of life, including washing the dishes on Saturday night after the guests leave.
But identity isn’t only about us. It also influences what we see of the world around us. What is this world, after all? How does it relate to who we are and how we experience the world? As we explore these questions, the falseness of the dichotomy of you and the world around you is exposed. We are now upon a time in which our perspectives on spirituality, science, philosophy, and religion have evolved enough to stand together in the glare of the spotlight as we ask the most practical of questions: What is the common truth among all these? How does it change my life right now? How does it change the world? Is This a Dream? includes a Foreword by Deepak Chopra. (14.95 on Amazon)
