Join us for a very unique and special “The Near Dean Experience”. Where you’ll hear from husband and wife experiencers brother Edward Salisbury and Cheryl Mackin. Theirs is an extraordinary story of near death experiences, spiritual destiny, and compassionate service.

Cheryl Mackin and Ed Salisbury have served on the IANDS board, spoken in multiple conferences, and lead the Central Texas NDE monthly gathering for many years.

Cheryl Mackin

Cheryl Mackin’s body was underwater for 30 minutes off the Hawaiian. During that time, she said she was engulfed in a comforting white light and felt like she was floating weightless. But when she heard the friend she’d been with call her name, she was called back to life “at warp speed” and in a twisting swirl of color. “I wasn’t supposed to have stayed there,” she said, when asked why she came back. “It may be because I’m now a healer and a chiropractor, and I came back because that’s what I was supposed to do.”

Ed Salisbury

Ed Salisbury is a hospice minister, yoga coach, and funeral director. Having experienced multiple near-death experiences, he’s been drawn to work closely with the dying. In that role, he’s been providing optimal choices in elder care, health challenges and “at death” care for over 20 years. He advises friends, families and organizations in the planning and fulfillment of funeral arrangements. Ed has also served on local and international association boards of directors for grief recovery, near-death experiences (IANDS), funeral consumer, and hospice care organizations

Hacking the Future: Remote Viewing & Guided Meditation – 2021, 2030 & 2120

Join Jane de Forest for a fascinating series where you will journey one, ten and one hundred years in advance, then discuss your findings with like-minded people in a safe environment, Jane will share practical tools and techniques you can use to help gain insight into your own future.

with Jane de Forest, group coordinator for Portland Oregon IANDS

Can we predict the future? Yes … Shamans and CEOs regularly mine future events for usable information … why? Because it works. We get precognitive information all the time in dreams, a hunch or “garden variety” premonition. Predicting the future is nearly impossible with our conscious-ego mind, which uses the past to project what will happen, but is most often wrong. Statistically, correct information can be extracted with a technique called “Remote Viewing,” by tapping into the collective sub-conscious, our “hive mind.” This program is based in part on the work of cognitive neuroscientist Dr. Mossbridge, check out her book: The Science of Precognition: How Sensing the Future Can Change Your Life, exploring revolutionary new research that shows that sensing the future is possible, and American Psychonaut, Ingo Swann father of Remote Viewing.

** Jane’s Bio **

As a professional Intuitive for almost 20 years, I’ve been blessed to work with personal and business clients. Practicing meditation with my gift of “sight” has given me insight into the many layers that we think of as reality. I don’t pretend to know why or how it works. But I do know that it’s real. I’ve had the privilege to share readings with many wonderful souls all over the world who were seeking answers and insight. Each session is as unique as the individual I’m visiting with but always meaningful—even if I don’t understand a message meant just for the client. In addition to intuitive consultations, I have designed this experience into classes and workshops for adult and kids that gently guide participants into a deeper experience of creativity and self-discovery.

Most of my early professional life was spent as a professional artist and business owner. For over 30 years I painted large-scale commissioned and personal artwork murals. Consequently, my work and canvases are displayed in collections all over the world. My formal art training includes Interlochen Arts Academy and Rhode Island School of Design. I’ve founded Jane’s Inspiration, LLC. and am very excited to announce my upcoming new book, “Love Never Dies.”

I live and work in a small town in the Pacific Northwest as a wife, mother and community volunteer. My lovely husband and I enjoy raising our family, planting gardens and hiking. I am especially passionate about Egypt and Bee Communication. In my spare time, I donate time teaching art in local grade schools.

Guest experiencer: Dr. Lotte Valentin

Dr. Lotte Valentin experienced her first NDE in the ER in 1992 after hemorrhaging to death twelve days following the birth of her third child.  As a result she became very sick with a serious blood disorder and was walking a fine line between life and death for the next few years.

As she was struggling to heal she experienced a second NDE in 1994. She experienced several after effects such as electrical interference which made all her watches stop within a week of wearing them.

She realized that her NDEs had made her Clairaudient, Clairvoyant and Clairsentient and she was guided to become a Physician, Healer and Evidential Medium. She just finished writing her first book of three, Med School after Menopause, The Journey of my Soul which is available on Amazon and in bookstores now.

My Journey Through 7 Near-Death Experiences

So many have pondered and written about death, but I have known it enough times that I speak out of experience – not out of philosophy or mysticism.  At first, our dreams and visions come to us in the language and images with which we are familiar. Then at some moment, if we’re lucky, we are able to rise out of those earthly images into higher levels of vision.  Each of my near-death experiences provided me with one of these fleeting moments, reflected in pieces of my dreams and visions in this world.  There is no question that the death of this body is painful, frightening and tragic. Having lived in a body that has known moments of strength and vitality, I’ve learned that all of that can disappear in an instant like a tree falling in a forest.

I reflect now on how I both recovered and sustained myself after each of the experiences. I have learned that the body can heal, if the mind and soul will work together to achieve it. At this stage of my life, age proves that ultimately the body is not repairable. My mind and soul struggle with the moment when they must leave it. In each of my near-death experiences, that fearful journey has in fact been joyful and filled with hope, knowing that my soul takes my life with me. What others have called the tunnel for me is the experience of shedding this physical body. Its lessons are to be woven into the fabric of an evolving existence that reaches through many levels and many worlds of being, until it returns to its source.
