In 2010, Barbara Ireland nearly died of heatstroke and hyponatremia (dangerously low levels of sodium in the blood) at a “self-improvement” camp in a remote area of Vancouver B.C. She experienced a lengthy life review that focused on how her unconscious negative thoughts (“mind loops”) had caused unnecessary hardship in all areas of her life.

Inspired from the NDE, she spent several years researching the neuroscience and biology behind negative thoughts – and most importantly, how to change entrenched neural pathways and low emotional states. The result had such a profound and joyful impact on her own life, that she changed her career as professional singer, to author and speaker, in order to share with others the life-changing information she had learned.
