Rev. Catherine Chapey shares a lifetime of spiritually transformative experiences, including NDEs, OBEs, mystical experiences, shared-death experiences, after-death communication, and contact experiences.
Join Us for an Inspiring Presentation with Catherine Chapey
The Durham IANDS group welcomes Rev. Catherine Chapey for a fascinating presentation on the many kinds of spiritually transformative experiences she has had throughout her life. These include near-death experiences (NDEs), out-of-body experiences (OBEs), mystical experiences, and spontaneous Kundalini awakenings, including profound experiences of oneness with the Divine and connection with spirit guides and deceased loved ones.
Catherine will also share about her shared-death experiences with loved ones, including her beloved pets, as well as after-death communications (ADCs), and encounters with Masters, Guides, and Angels.
In addition, she will speak about her experiences as a UFO and ET contactee, including encounters with interdimensional beings and UFOs that she describes as loving beings of light. Over the past 19 years, she has documented many of her spiritual and mystical experiences — including dreams, visions, synchronicities, UFO encounters, orb encounters, and ET visitations — through photos and videos. For Catherine, these experiences are loving reminders that we are never alone and that we are all connected.

Catherine has been a facilitator and moderator for IANDS since 2020. Since 2023, she has also facilitated IANDS’ monthly Topic Sharing group, UAPs, NHIs & NDEs (formerly UFO/ET/NDE). In 2024, she founded Long Island NY IANDS, a monthly Zoom-based local IANDS group.
Our sharing groups welcome everyone, not just near-death experiencers. They offer a safe space to openly discuss near-death experiences, spiritually transformative experiences, or simply engage in conversations on these topics (or simply enjoy listening). All are welcome!

IANDS Sharing Groups are open to everyone, not just near-death experiencers. They provide a safe space to share spiritually transformative experiences and explore related topics. Of course, you’re always welcome to simply listen. All are welcome!
IANDS hosts these groups using the simple and user-friendly Zoom video conferencing program. To participate, you must create an account with IANDS Sharing Groups Online. After registering, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to join. Alternatively, you can return to the reservation page on the event date and click the “Join Event” button, which becomes active 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
Our sharing groups are free for everyone! IANDS relies on charitable contributions to support staffing and administration, and we sincerely appreciate your donations to help us continue providing a meaningful group experience.
Anyone with a genuine interest in near-death and related experiences is welcome. You’re invited to share, learn, or simply listen in one of our twelve monthly sharing groups. These are safe spaces where you can engage at your own comfort level. If you prefer, you may leave your camera off until you’re ready to turn it on, but we encourage you to enter your name in your video box, even if your camera remains off.
Each group is led by a trained facilitator who will review the IANDS Sharing Group guidelines. Facilitators ensure that everyone has an opportunity to share while maintaining a safe, neutral, and respectful space for all participants.
Please note that these groups are peer-to-peer sharing spaces and do not provide counseling. Sessions last approximately 90 minutes, and to preserve the group’s sense of safety, security, and privacy, access will close 15 minutes after the scheduled start time.
