At age 23, while visiting Mexico to photograph ancient sites in the Yucatan, Gwendolyn Awen Jones became seriously ill. Western medicines did not help her. She was eventually healed by an old Mayan “curandera.” The curandera had foreseen that Gwendolyn would come to her in a dream two years previously and had been waiting for her arrival. She trained Gwendolyn to use her spiritual gifts for healing. On her return home to England she spent time learning many different healing modalities.
A medical intuitive, spiritual healer and award winning author, Gwendolyn was born in England with a gift of sight into inter-dimensional worlds. After an out-of-body experience at age 16 she understood that her spirit is what animated her physical body. In her early twenties she trained with an old Mayan healer in Mexico and learned to safely traverse the inner realms. She now acts as a spiritual guide and healer for those unable to return after a close encounter with death that can often leave their being in need of repair at many levels. Gwendolyn regularly helps souls who are lost and confused after death to reach the light.
