Facilitator and presenter cannot see attendees.)Local Group Meeting-You are a local group representative. (Event is not recorded. Facilitator and presenter can see and speak directly with attendees.)Theme Group Webinar: A portion of the event is a course, series, meditation, or guided activity with the format of a webinar. A small fee is charged for the activity portion of the event. (Event is recorded. Facilitator and presenter cannot see attendees.)Theme Group Meeting: A portion of the event is a course, series, meditation, or guided activity with the format of a Meeting. A small fee is charged for the activity portion of the event. (Event is not recorded. Facilitator and presenter can see and speak directly with attendees.)Sharing Group: Sharing groups are only meeting format, where all participants are visible. Sharing groups are discussion only. There are no course or series elements. There may be meditations or guided activities, but all sharing groups are free. Fees are not charged.Series or Course: You are proposing multiple events with a common theme. These may be presented in webinar or meeting format. All leaders of recurring events at IANDS are trained, certified facilitators. All of our events have 3 primary roles:1. Initiator/Technician: a trained volunteer who opens the event in Zoom.2. Moderator: a trained, certified volunteer who manages the technology and assists with Q&A. This person is also there as backup in the instance there is a technical issue.3. Facilitator: a trained, certified volunteer who hosts the event.The initiator/technician and the moderator are assigned to events by the IANDS/ISGO Production Team. You do not need to provide your own. Please also take note that you will need to start your event up to 60 minutes before the official start time for attendees.
