Sharing Meeting Day: Sunday

We warmly invite you to our virtual IANDS Sharing Group, held on the second Sunday of every month from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM. This is a safe, compassionate space where individuals can come together to share their experiences and support one another in a non-judgmental environment. Whether you’re eager to share or prefer to listen quietly, you are welcome here. You can choose to share your screen or participate confidentially, and there is no pressure to speak or participate unless you feel comfortable.

While joining the group once can be a meaningful experience, we encourage you to become part of our ongoing community. Returning each month allows you to build deeper connections and benefit from the collective wisdom and support of the group. As a “tribe,” we uplift one another, offering continuous healing and growth through shared understanding. Regular participation fosters a sense of belonging and creates a strong foundation for spiritual development.

Occasionally, we will gather in person, and any updates regarding those meetings will be posted on our Facebook page, see below. We look forward to welcoming you, whether for a single visit or as part of our continuing circle of support.
