Note: To optimally prepare for this session, be fully rested since deep relaxation is conducive to sleep. Eat a light, healthy meal beforehand so you aren’t hungry or overly full. Avoid excess caffeine and sugar for 24 hours before the session. Avoid alcohol and recreational drugs for at least three days before the session. Have chapstick and water.
